1st May is the day remembered by all workers as their festive day. Their sacrifice and contribution in building the entire world is remembered and honoured on this day. Being a Coal India worker myself is also saluting my all ancestor workers and colleagues too. During services with CIL I never stopped myself or said no to any problem related with man or machine. With so many rewards and appreciation **I got 3 consecutive Excellency Awards**  and rewarded for the best innovation in coal india by **Union Minister Sri Sri Prakash Jaiswal**:introduced complete auto lubrication system in excavator Ekg5, the design **accepted by HEC Ranchi** and executed in their future design.

Request to CIL present authorities to

continue the practice economically beneficial to open cast mining.
